From Past to Present: The Route of SMEs on Their Digital Transformation Journey

By foreseeing the need for technological transformation among small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) many years ago, we designed, developed, and introduced the Rota Commercial Software Project to address the gaps in this field and make it accessible to SMEs.

In the early days of the project, our primary goal was to enable businesses to use technology more effectively, modernize commercial activities carried out with outdated methods, and make the digitalization process accessible to everyone. With this vision in mind, we chose cloud computing infrastructure, which was the most up-to-date and suitable technology of its time.

As an innovative step for that period, we designed a system that does not require installation on a computer and works directly through a web browser, without the need for cumbersome solutions such as remote desktop connections.
This allowed users to access our system instantly and securely anytime, anywhere—whether via a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

While developing Rota, our aim was not only to create a technical solution but also to prioritize user experience. All our interfaces were designed to be simple, clear, and suitable for users at every level. We focused on preventing time loss for businesses, accelerating operational processes, and encouraging full digitalization by eliminating paper-based workflows.

From that day to the present, we have continuously improved Rota to adapt to changing business dynamics and evolving user expectations. In line with feedback from our customers, we analyzed the shortcomings of existing commercial software solutions and integrated these missing elements into Rota.

Since our very first day, our core principle has been to provide fast, flexible, and reliable solutions tailored to our customers’ needs, without ever compromising on service quality.

Today, thanks to this approach, we take pride in having carried the Rota Commercial Software Project to sustainable success, supported by our expanding customer network and increasing user satisfaction.
